operation acts as MGA for National Unity Insurance Company,
the leading provider of USA Liability insurance for Mexican
Trucks and autos operating in the USA.
National
Unity Insurance Company is a Texas admitted company rated B+III
by AM Best. We offer annually renewable fleet policies and we
also offer daily rated certificates to those truckers entering
the USA and hauling eligible items. We also offer daily and
term (3 months, 6 months, and Annuals) policies for Private
Passenger Autos at great rates.

Eligibility
is as follows. There are NO exceptions:

Liability
limit up to $ 1,000,000 available.

Only
tractors Registered and principally Garaged in Mexico are
eligible
-
Covered
radius of operations up to 50 miles from USA/Mexico border
or to the designated Commercial Zone if applicable
-
Truckers
with MX Filings and US DOT OP2 authority are eligible.
-
Truckers
operating in CA, TX, NM, and AZ only within 50 miles of
USA/Mexico border
-
Drivers
must be at least 25 years old
-
Vehicles
must be less than 15 years old
-
Truckers
hauling Hazardous Materials are ineligible
